One Odoo instance is one production database; its staging copy is included. The free month applies to the whole plan at your actual user count.
One month free, no card needed
Tell us where your Odoo lives and who the first administrator is. You get your admin access by email, connect your assistant, and decide after a month.
Questions about pricing
What counts as a user?
A person (or an AI agent) with their own gateway key, tied to their own Odoo login. Deactivated users do not count. Staging access for an existing user is not a second user.
What counts as an Odoo instance?
One production database plus one staging connection, included in the plan. A second production database is a second instance.
Is there a limit on requests or tokens?
No. The gateway does not charge per request. Your AI assistant subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) is separate and stays with that vendor.
What happens after the free month?
You tell us whether to continue. If you do, the annual term starts and you are invoiced monthly. If not, the tenant is switched off and the stored credentials are deleted.
Can I change the number of users?
Yes, any time, in the admin console. The invoice follows the actual count each month.
